Plus, your commander can't deny a retraining package if you're a FTA. That was my best shot to retrain.

I applied for retraining and I was denied because my DEROS is Nov 2018, AFPC says I'm in the 2019 fiscal year for retrainig quotas Hello All, A while ago I submitted my application for retraining, and the process is seemingly taking forever. My eligibility check alone took over 30 days to complete (which is supposed to take 20 duty days at a maximum)

I'm regretting that decision and really wanting to get out. My class date is in Oct 2021
FY20 Retraining Advisory I know this sub is busy making dank area 51 memes right now but real talk, does anyone have any intel on when the FY20 advisory will drop? The nonvoluntary retraining program, as Air Force officials call it, is the service's long-standing method of moving NCOs out of overmanned specialties, where promotions are stagnating.
